Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before October 31 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after October 31.
Hotel & Travel
Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and hotel accommodations. Discounted sleeping room rates have been arranged at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel.
