The Technology Showcase provides attendees with a central meeting place and the ability to speak one-on-one with industry-leading exhibitors while learning more about their products and services.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before October 30 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after October 30.

Hotel & Travel

Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and hotel accommodations. Discounted sleeping room rates have been arranged at the Faimont Copley Plaza. See the Location tab for details.

Complimentary press registration is available to persons, such as reporters, editors, and correspondents, who serve in a professional editorial capacity for a regularly published periodical, news service, or the broadcast media. It is not available to advertising salespersons, circulation editors, or other non-editorial personnel. (Workshops not included and may be registered for separately here.)

Gilbane Conference reserves the right to exclude any person or organization from its events, to limit the number of passes, and to revoke previously issued Gilbane Conference accreditation at any time. Registration at prior Gilbane Conference events does not guarantee approval or waive the accreditation requirement.
