Ora Solomon is a digital product globalization expert.

Ora is currently Director of Global Product Management at Starwood Hotels, where she was hired to reassess the hospitality company's global product strategy and where she leads a team of product managers.

Prior to joining Starwood, Ora consulted with companies such as American Express to help set up their globalization efforts. Before that, Ora spent 10 years at a localization services company, Acclaro, where she ran Sales and Operations. At Acclaro, Ora helped dozens of companies successfully  launch global products. Her early career was spent as an Economist and working at software startups.
