Jim has been working in the field of localization/globalization since the early 1990s. Most recently he's been focused on addressing language and culture barriers in the world of digital content. In that regard, he sees today's landscape as being both ripe for reform and rich in possibility. He's one of many volunteers working on GALA's TAPICC initiative, a project designed to help bridge the gap between content practices and language services.
