Co-Founder at Semlr, bringing to market a SaaS platform that delivers a new approach for enterprise knowledge collaboration.

Prior to Semlr worked at MSCI in Berkeley, CA, as COO for the Application Development organization, managing a budget of $40 million, and the activities of 300 software engineers located across 15 cities around the world. For a period of time, also led the software development of Risk Management and Analytics applications that were responsible for approximately $400 million in annual revenue for the firm.

In 2009-10 was COO of Avendus Capital, a Mumbai-based global investment bank.

Formative years were in Morgan Stanley's Information Technology division, spending ten years in New York and four in Mumbai. Had various functional and location management roles. Was globally responsible for the Investment Management division's e-Business, CRM, Marketing and Reporting Systems. In Mumbai was responsible for Morgan Stanley's offshore technology organization serving all of the investment bank's divisions.
