Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before October 28 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after October 28.

Hotel & Travel

Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and hotel accommodations. Discounted sleeping room rates have been arranged at the Faimont Copley Plaza. See the Location tab for details.
