Jesse Kalfe has worked as a marketing communications professional for over 25 years within the high-tech industry. He has worked on both the agency and customer side. He is a winner of two Hatch awards, a grant recipient from the New York State Council on the Art and the Massachusetts Cultural Council, author of journal articles, and an accomplished author.
In his role at SAP for past twelve years, he has supported the execution of global marketing communications initiatives, including content development, branding guidelines, product launches, sales and marketing collateral, tradeshow support, demand generation campaigns, social media presence, and content architecture and its accompanying strategies.
More recently, Kalfel has focused on creating new types of assets and rich media that better engage audiences who want information delivered in a fast, concise, and compelling way. Content should be addictive and "snackable", Kalfel says, and must be developed to meet the rewired preferences of the digital brain.
