Vice President, Digital Marketing & Client Experience
I run a team that develops and implements digital marketing strategies with a focus on leveraging client data for proactive outreach and engagement through digital channels, such as email, social media, and web. The team also focuses on creating a simpler, more consistent client experience, working closely with our IT colleagues and client facing business leaders. As a result, we have strategic leadership over the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, content management, sales enablement, etc.
Prior to working at Boston Private, I ran the Analytics and Marketing Technology function for Global Marketing at Altisource where I built out a B2B marketing stack to support pipeline growth for several business units.
