Mark is a founding member and President of content26 (www.content26.com), a Seattle-based agency that works with several of the world's leading consumer brands to produce and manage their ecommerce product-detail content. His has spoken at several industry events, including the RetailNet Group, My Digitial Shelf, and the Cleveland Research Institute. A graduate of Williams College, Mark lives in Seattle with his wife and two children.
