Peter Durand has more than 20 years of technical and leadership experience within enterprise software, distributed computing, telecommunications, information security, and consulting services across the Fortune 500 and public sector.

At Acquia, he is responsible for leading efforts across civilian and DoD clients to transform agency digital strategies utilizing open source solutions, leveraging the rapid innovation and costs saving driven by Open Source (Drupal), Security, and the Cloud. Prior to joining Acquia, he was instrumental in establishing Akamai’s government business unit, Homeland Security practice and strategic partnerships.
